Every Heavy Motion® piece is built with detail and made to move.  
If something doesn’t hit right, we’ll help make it right.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.  
- Limited drops, sale pieces, and custom items are final sale.  
- Customers cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

To start a return, email heavymotion@heavymotion.store or call 844-587-2013 (24-hour support).  
Once approved, you’ll receive full return instructions.

All returns are reviewed by our team to make sure everything’s handled quickly and fairly.
