Cancellation policy

All purchases through Heavy Motion® are made with intention — every piece is part of a limited run.  

Cancellations for in-stock items must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

For pre-orders:  
- Pre-orders are made-to-order and cannot be canceled once production begins.  
- If a pre-order is delayed or sold out, we’ll notify you immediately and offer an exchange or store credit option.
